Telehealth Sample Collector

We are seeking a Telehealth Sample Collector to join our team at TemPositions Office. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for patient testing.
Key Responsibilities- Verify insurance eligibility and ensure accurate documentation for patients upon arrival.
- Coordinate telehealth appointments between patients and physicians on-site, utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions.
- Assist with nasal swab collection when necessary or support trained personnel with the process.
- Maintain accurate records of demographic information, insurance details, and test results within our system.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting or with sample collection (training provided if needed).
- A solid understanding of insurance verification processes.
- The ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and physicians.
- Comfort with using telehealth platforms (training provided).
- Prior experience in swab collection is a plus but not required.
