About This Role

This onsite position combines multiple skills to create an exciting opportunity for growth. You'll take the lead in recruiting, training, and certifying lifeguards and swim instructors who will ensure poolside fun is always safe and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and certify lifeguards and swim instructors
  • Implement staff in-service programs to ensure team success
Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
  • Lifeguard and additional aquatic certifications
  • Proficiency in software tools for documentation and training
  • The ability to drive to multiple branches of the Y
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $43,000 - $48,000 per year, along with benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a YMCA Membership and Retirement plan.
