### Job Description

UCHealth Parkview Medical Center is seeking FOUR full-time locum CRNAs to support their anesthesia needs.

#### Key Details

* Monday-Friday scheduling with flexible hours
* Potential holidays: 12-hour shifts
* Candidates with the most availability will be preferred
* No call
* Hospital-based setting
* Average 25 surgical cases per day
* 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
* Fellowship training not required for cardiac or pediatric cases
* Work at satellite locations across the street
* 11 Anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs in the group
* Team care model with 1:2 to 1:3 doc supervision
* 10 operating rooms

#### Required Procedures

* General Anesthesia (Adult)

#### Preferred Procedures

* Spinal Anesthesia
* Neurosurgical cases (spine)
* Complex vascular cases (except open heart)
* Complex orthopedic cases

#### Credentialing Timeframe

* 60-90 days

#### Travel Requirements

* Included in rate

#### Rates to Submit

* Malpractice: Must be included in the rates
* Orientation: Per hour of orientation or training
* Hourly: Per hour for any hour up to 8 hours per day
* Overtime: Per hour for any hour beyond 8 hours per day
* All corresponding holiday rates
* Conversion Fee: BR5

#### Requirement Description

* ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE NOTED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR IN THE ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED

* NBCRNA Certified - REQUIRED
* Active CO License - REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION)
* Active BLS - REQUIRED
* Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used
* EPIC - REQUIRED
* Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
* COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
* Must meet rate cap of BR5 per hour (inclusive of all travel)
