Job Title: Airport Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Airport Operations Manager is a key leadership role at Frontier Management (OR), responsible for directing the daily operations of our airport locations. This individual will lead a team of non-exempt employees, ensuring maximum performance, customer satisfaction, and positive employee culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations, fleet availability, and revenue generation for assigned functions.
  • Customer Experience: Lead and support processes to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring alignment of the sales force with sales methods and processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sales Process: Proactively drive the sales process, creating a dynamic, customer-focused zone commercial organization focused on selling value-added solutions.
  • Productivity Improvements: Champion productivity improvements via employee involvement and accountability, ensuring employees follow Standards of Work.
  • Employee Engagement: Actively engage in effective communication plans to build employee engagement and achieve business results.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations, as applicable.
  • Location Management: Manage airport locations and assigned geographic areas when the General Manager is not present.
  • Recruiting: Participate in the recruiting process, as required.
  • Reporting: Provide management with various updates and indicators as requested.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service or operations experience, according to specific job duties.
  • Skills: Results orientation, ability to direct and motivate teams, and ability to work effectively with Senior leaders.
  • Knowledge: Customer service resolution practices, excellent communication techniques, people management and leadership capability, sales management/coaching ability, and operations management.
