Job Responsibilities
  • Perform electrophysiology procedures, including electrocardiograms, Holter monitoring, and electrophysiology studies.
  • Operate and maintain electrophysiology equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Document patient information and procedure results accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Electrophysiology Technician in the state of Illinois.
  • At least 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or a related field.
  • Completion of a training program in electrophysiology technology.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • ARRT-IEMA licensure in radiology.
  • Previous patient care experience preferred.
