Key Responsibilities
  • Support Plant Operations: Assist in the development and implementation of plant operations strategies, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Site Management: Work closely with the Site Management Team to plan, execute, and manage projects, processes, and quality management systems.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Attend daily tier meetings, HSE Oversight Committee, Management Review, KPI meetings, and other team meetings as required.
  • Assist with Customer Complaints: Help resolve customer complaints, non-conformities, and safety observations, and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.
  • Perform Other Duties: Assist with other duties as required to meet plant needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Business Administration, Occupational Health, or a closely related field of study.
  • Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for occupational safety and an interest in the agricultural industry.
  • Experience: Lean or Six Sigma experience is preferred, but not required.
