Job Summary

The Tesoro Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Receive and deliver food and beverage orders, collect payment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, current specials, and hotel policies to provide accurate information to guests.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, side-work duties, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Upsell food, beverage, and promotional items to guests, promoting hotel services and amenities.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to stand during entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and maneuver throughout the dining area.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
