Aerial Lineman Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to join our team at Congruex LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of wireless and broadband infrastructure.

• Manage and coordinate the installation and maintenance of aerial infrastructure, including poles, towers, and cables.
• Supervise and train a team of technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with finance and administrative departments to ensure accurate timekeeping and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure that installations meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Perform site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience in a construction or telecommunications environment.
• Proven track record of supervising and training teams to achieve high-quality results.
• Strong knowledge of aerial installation and maintenance procedures, including OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
