Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Stores Clerk to join our team at Appalachian Regional Healthcare. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, counting, and storing incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Count and record inventory levels to maintain accurate stock reports
  • Store and issue materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
  • Assist in compiling stock reports and maintaining inventory records
  • Key all stock issues into our computer system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
