Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Heartbeat Cardiovascular Medical Group. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with patients, visitors, and internal stakeholders. You will also be proficient in utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software systems to manage patient schedules, billing, and other administrative tasks.

  • Manage patient flow and check-in/check-out process
  • Verify insurance eligibility and prior authorizations
  • Answer high-volume phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a medical office setting
  • Knowledge of EMRs and other software systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
