Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Beacon Hospital Management. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a residential treatment center setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and address patient needs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in case conferences, in-services, and other programs and meetings as needed.
- Facilitate nursing psych-education groups and ensure complete and timely documentation of each group facilitated.
- Complete Nursing Health Screens for every new admission and communicate any issues or concerns with the physician.
- Assist with nursing Performance Improvement contributions to problem identification, investigation, actions, and monitoring of resolutions in effecting patient care and customer satisfaction systems.
- Must have Registered Nurse licensure in the state of operation.
- Certification in Basic Life Support required.
- Certification in non-violent crisis intervention.
