We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ophthalmic Technician to join our team at MATTHEW B MILLS MD LTD. As a key member of our eye care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians in delivering comprehensive eye care services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform pre-testing and vision checks for patients
- Conduct phone triage and manage prescription refills and authorizations
- Assist physicians with refractive surgery and other procedures
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; ophthalmology, optometry, or optical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
