About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for assessing, cleaning, and restoring personal property and contents affected by fire, water, smoke, mold, or other damage.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Accurately documenting and inventorying personal property for clients using specialized software.
  • Safely packing and transporting items from the damaged property to the cleaning facility or storage.
  • Cleaning and deodorizing a wide range of materials, including furniture, textiles, electronics, and artwork, using professional-grade techniques and equipment.
  • Sorting, categorizing, and prioritizing items based on damage severity.
  • Collaborating with other restoration professionals to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration, particularly in contents processing, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of various cleaning methods and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid time off, 401k with company match, paid training, health care, and bonus pay.
