Key Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Operations: Supervise and manage the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and beverage products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and servers, to ensure excellent service and quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses.

- Education: Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
