Ophthalmic Technician

At Retina Vitreous Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ophthalmic Technician to join our team.

The Ophthalmic Technician will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting ophthalmologists in delivering high-quality eye care services.

• Patient Care: Provide excellent customer service, greet patients promptly, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Diagnostic Testing: Conduct various diagnostic tests, including dilation, refraction, pressures, and visual fields, to prepare patients for exams.
• Medical Records: Accurately record patient information, medical history, and current medications in the electronic medical record.
• Office Duties: Perform general office tasks, cleaning, and other duties assigned by the manager.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of related experience and/or training.
• Skills: Reliable transportation, ability to work overtime, and a strong desire to gain industry knowledge and training.
