We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. Our facility is located in [location] and we are looking for someone who can lead our team to success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing schedules, and corresponding with corporate office personnel.

This is a supervisory position, and the GM represents K-1 Speed Inc on-site at the facility. The GM is held accountable for all lapses in facility performance, and is responsible for between 20 and 40 facility personnel.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, including staffing, payroll, cash handling, and customer interaction.
  • You will maintain accurate records, prepare schedules, and correspond with corporate office personnel.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of facility appearance, including storage areas and the parking lot.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
