About the Position:
Good Samaritan Hospital is seeking a skilled Breast Imaging Radiologist to enhance our dedicated team. We are a well-established, physician-owned practice located in Southwestern Indiana, recognized for our commitment to quality patient care.
Practice Overview:
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art breast imaging technology and has earned the designation of a Comprehensive Breast Imaging Center by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Our team consists of 20 fellowship-trained radiologists, ensuring comprehensive coverage for the largest health system in the tri-state area.

Our current physicians have expressed their satisfaction with the supportive environment and collaborative culture, highlighting the excellent hospital staff and the positive work atmosphere.
Position Highlights:
- Work responsibilities will be shared among three dedicated Breast Radiologists, with additional support from MQSA-certified Radiologists.
- A preferred 5-day work week is available, with options for a 4-day schedule; locations include Evansville and Vincennes.
- Key responsibilities encompass the interpretation of screening and diagnostic imaging, ultrasound imaging, stereotactic/ultrasound-guided biopsies, needle localizations, and patient consultations.
- Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Breast Conferences to review all breast cancer cases referred to the clinic.
- Accredited by NAPBC since 2016 and recognized as a BICOE.
- Onsite interventional radiology support is available.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $562,500 with potential earnings up to $700,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package valued at $110,000, including health insurance, profit sharing, life insurance, malpractice coverage, and CME reimbursement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and a service-oriented mindset are essential.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology with a Fellowship in Breast Imaging.
