About the Position

As a Physical Therapist with CVHCare Home Health, you will work in collaboration with the doctor, patient, and patient support system to provide best-in-class care for return to health and activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mobility, strength, and level of function to establish goals for improvement
  • Assess the home environment to ensure safe mobility and recommend equipment to enhance therapy
  • Provide patient education on proper use of equipment and techniques
  • Work independently with established support from an industry leader
Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Licensed Physical Therapist desired
  • Current/active Physical Therapy License – State of California
  • BLS Certification
  • General knowledge and understanding of clinical verbiage
  • Strong attention to detail for use in chart documentation
  • Excellent time management/calendaring skills and ability to deliver documentation timely
  • Strong experience using computers and computer systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Gmail Suite or other systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
