Descripción del Trabajo

Estamos en la búsqueda de un líder experimentado y altamente motivado para el área de Ingeniería y Operaciones de WAF que se una a nuestro equipo de Operaciones de Seguridad IT. En este rol, reportarás al Gerente de Seguridad de Red. Serás responsable de liderar el diseño, implementación, mantenimiento y optimización de nuestra infraestructura de Firewall de Aplicaciones Web (WAF). Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo, operaciones y seguridad empresarial para garantizar la protección de nuestras aplicaciones web frente a amenazas cibernéticas en evolución. Como Líder de Ingeniería y Operaciones de WAF, tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Dirigir la ingeniería, mantenimiento y ajuste de soluciones WAF para proteger aplicaciones web de vulnerabilidades del OWASP Top 10, exploits de día cero y otras amenazas.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para implementar controles de seguridad e integrar WAF con pipelines de CI/CD utilizando herramientas de automatización DevOps como GitHub, Azure DevOps o GCP.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones de balanceo de carga y seguridad en el borde para asegurar alta disponibilidad y rendimiento de las aplicaciones web.
  • Asistir en la gestión de la infraestructura PKI interna y externa, incluyendo la gestión del ciclo de vida de certificados, resolución de problemas y automatización.
  • Colaborar en la gestión de la infraestructura DNS interna y externa, asegurando una configuración adecuada, seguridad y resolución de problemas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener estrategias de protección contra DDoS, incluyendo detección, mitigación e informes.
  • Gestionar relaciones con Proveedores de Servicios Gestionados (MSPs) y terceros para asegurar que se cumplan los SLA y se mantenga la postura de seguridad.
  • Mantenerse al día con las mejores prácticas y marcos de la industria como OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, SANS Top 20, NIST y CIS Controls.
  • Colaborar con equipos de aplicaciones para asegurar APIs e integrar WAF con Gateways de API.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de seguridad para redes en la nube, incluyendo segmentación, control de acceso y monitoreo.

REQUISITOS PARA LLAMAR NUESTRA ATENCIÓN:

  • Título universitario en informática, ciberseguridad o campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente).
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en seguridad de la información, con más de 5 años enfocados en WAF y seguridad en el borde.
  • Comprensión profunda de arquitecturas web modernas, marcos y vulnerabilidades.
  • Experiencia práctica en la configuración y optimización de soluciones WAF empresariales (F5, Imperva, Cloudflare, AWS WAF, etc.).
  • Fuerte experiencia con prácticas y herramientas DevOps (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Conocimiento de tecnologías y mejores prácticas de PKI, DNS y protección contra DDoS.
  • Familiaridad con controles y arquitecturas de seguridad en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, con la capacidad de colaborar entre equipos.
