The Bakery Production Associate is responsible for various tasks within a production setting, including filling, wrapping, and packaging products while strictly following food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and oversee a continuous production line.
  • Rotate through various duties such as operating the filler machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, and stacking boxes.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality and quantity.
  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or manager.
  • Understand and adhere to all applicable safety protocols in daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Comply with Aramark and OSHA safety regulations, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Safeguard company and client assets.

Qualifications

? Previous experience in bakery production or a related field is preferred.
? Knowledge of bakery production techniques and standards is essential.
? Familiarity with food safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage is required.
? Ability to obtain a food safety certification is necessary.
? Basic math and counting skills are required.
? This position involves repetitive motion with hands and arms.
? Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
