Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle various sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and returns
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the floor
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to attendance policy is necessary
- Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift
- Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program)
