Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuropsychological Assessment Specialist to join our team at Clarity Psychological Testing in Norwell, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment Administration: Administer and score various neuropsychological tests for individuals referred for evaluation under the supervision of licensed neuropsychologists.
  • Test Setup and Maintenance: Ensure proper setup and administration of assessment tools according to standardized protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately score and record test results for further analysis by the supervising psychologist.
  • Patient Rapport: Establish rapport with patients to ensure optimal testing conditions while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
Essential Qualifications
  • Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to analyze test results and interpret psychological data.
  • Attention to Detail: High level attention to detail and accuracy in test administration and scoring.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in technology, working on platforms such as Google Forms, Publisher, Asana, and CRM's.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent observation and communication skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
