About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coffee Production Associate. This is a 3rd shift position, working from 12 am to 8 am, with a competitive hourly rate of $26.95 and a $1000 sign-on bonus after the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and control coffee line packaging equipment, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including consumptions, reversals, and accuracy checks.
  • Perform quality checks and associated paperwork in accordance with the Nestle Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure general housekeeping and food safety-related sanitation standards are met.
  • Support and contribute to a continuous improvement culture, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Complete and understand all inventory transactions required for the position.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve line-related problems and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous lift truck certification and experience highly desired.
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in the English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to stand on a frequent basis and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime and various shifts.
