LPN Home Health Nurse

As a Weekend Administrative LPN with Covenant Health, you will provide nursing care to an assigned group of homebound patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role requires administering care with other disciplines and reporting to the assigned Clinical Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to homebound patients
• Administer care with other disciplines
• Report to Clinical Supervisor
Requirements:
• One year of professional experience in hospital or prior home health experience
• Successful completion of LPN advanced skills course
• Tennessee LPN license or Licensed Vocational Nurse
• CPR certification
• Valid Tennessee driver's license and state-mandated minimum insurance coverage
