Aquatic Sports Assistant Coach

In this role, you will be tasked with inspiring swimmers across various age groups, aiding in the execution of programs, managing administrative responsibilities, and participating in team events and competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling administrative duties such as competition entries and progress tracking
  • Participating in competitions and team events

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of swimming techniques
  • Experience in competitive swimming
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor and readiness to adhere to guidelines
  • Capability to secure necessary certifications

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous coaching experience
  • Experience at the collegiate level in swimming
  • Familiarity with swim team management software
