We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Belen, NM. As a Travel Nurse with GLC on the GO, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare teams, while also enjoying the flexibility and adventure that comes with travel nursing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Care setting
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of New Mexico
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care setting
  • Ability to work 3x12 hour night shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
