As a skilled medical professional in Spokane County, WA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to patients in the comfort of their own homes. With a salary range of $88,000 to $173,200 annually, this position offers a competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise and dedication to patient care.

In this role, you will conduct in-home assessments, including evaluations of past medical history, review of systems, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and comprehensive physical exams. You will also perform evidence-based practice screenings, identify diagnoses, and communicate findings with patients' primary care physicians to inform member's PCP of potential gaps in care.

This opportunity requires active NP or PA licensure or the ability to obtain by start date. Licensure must be unencumbered, free of any open/unresolved disciplinary actions. Additionally, national NP or PA certification is required for NPs or PAs, respectively. Reliable transportation to complete home visit assessments is also essential.
