We are seeking a skilled and experienced ER Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Source. As a travel ER Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including trauma and emergency situations.
- Assess patients' conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- Minimum one year of recent hospital experience in the ER.
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred.
