Pavement Markings Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Pavement Markings Technician to join our team at TRP Construction Group, LLC. As a key member of our Highway Striping Team, you will be responsible for installing thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials, as well as traffic control devices, to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.

• Install pavement markings and traffic control devices in accordance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Operate and maintain various equipment, including thermoplastic trucks, paint trucks, and hand machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work collaboratively with the highway striping crew to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Previous experience in pavement marking, highway construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
