About the Role

As a Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know each resident's unique preferences and personalities.

You will also participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, work closely with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies, and respond to the dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Key Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a strong dedication to serving seniors, excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment. A high school diploma/GED is required, and previous experience working with seniors is preferred.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement savings plans, employee assistance programs, and paid time off.
