Job Overview

Austin Flag and Flagpole is seeking a skilled and dependable Flagpole Installation Specialist to join our team in the central Texas area.

The ideal candidate will have experience installing poles from 20' to 60' feet and providing service on same up to 50' using our bucket truck. (50' - 60' poles will require assistance from subcontractors for digging holes and pouring concrete).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install flagpoles and utility poles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Lift heavy objects comfortably and operate a 40' trailer with our boom truck.
  • Collaborate with the superintendent to address any on-site issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Dependable and self-motivated individual with good personal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • CDL not required but a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $34.00/hour.
  • Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
