Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
* Foster a culture of safety and respect among nursing staff and patients

Requirements:

* 1+ year of Registered Nurse experience in a Trauma ER setting
* BSN or MSN degree
* BLS certification
* Specialty certification (e.g. CEN, CCRN) preferred
