Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Pastor/Head of Staff who will provide spiritual guidance and leadership to our congregation. This individual will develop and implement sermon series that align with our church's mission and values, foster a collaborative leadership environment among staff and volunteers, and promote the overall well-being of our congregation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a PCUSA pastor.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively through preaching and teaching.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
