We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine MD/DO to join our team of Physicians and APP's in an outpatient only setting with multiple clinic sites to choose from. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting health and wellness, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and adolescents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote health and wellness
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (MD/DO)
- Passion for quality care and patient outcomes
- Prevention focus and commitment to health and wellness
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Salary starts at $275,000
- Average 16-20 patients per day
