Foster Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments.

• Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships.
• Support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human services field, OR a Master's degree in a human services field.
