In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating, executing, and overseeing packaging engineering functions. Your expertise will encompass all facets of packaging machinery, spanning from primary to secondary packaging and process unit operations. You will leverage your knowledge in the production of various pet food products, including wet and dry foods, treats, and litter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of secondary packaging for designated product lines.
- Identify and deploy appropriate equipment technologies to fulfill production requirements.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on capital projects.
- Offer technical guidance for initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
- Oversee projects to ensure seamless integration and functionality of equipment.

Qualifications:

- Willingness to travel up to 30% for field data collection, scope development, project assessments, and system FAT.
