Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blown Film Machine Operator to join our team at Charter Next Generation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our blown film machines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain blown film machines, including setup, production, and shutdown procedures
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure high-quality output and meet customer specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in blown film machine operation and maintenance
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in plastic extrusion or related field
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
