Landscape Construction Supervisor

As a Landscape Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the execution of hardscape projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with a dedicated team to install various materials, including blocks and pavers, to create custom-designed outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met at all job sites.
• Prepare job sites prior to project initiation.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a hardscape construction crew.
• Assign tasks to crew members to facilitate project completion.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including heavy machinery and hand tools.
• Assist in constructing walkways, fences, and other landscape features.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to guide work activities.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites and in equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide training to employees as needed.
• Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
* At least 4 years of experience in the landscape or construction sector.
* Proficient in operating necessary tools and equipment safely.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Effective time management skills.
* Capability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for landscape construction.

Working Conditions:
* Ability to handle hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
* Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday.
* Work in a fast-paced environment with varying conditions.
* Stamina and physical fitness are essential.
* Regular outdoor work in diverse weather conditions.

Compensation: Pay rate will be based on experience, with preference given to candidates with equipment experience.
