Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Description:
As a home health physical therapist, you will provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. You will assess their mobility, strength, and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records, and provide patient education. You will play a critical role in helping patients develop strength, reduce pain, and improve function.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent experience in a home health setting, degree in a relevant field, BLS certification, and current state/compact license are required.

Benefits:
Private housing or a generous housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance with prescription coverage, dependent health insurance with prescription coverage, competitive salaries, referral bonuses, travel reimbursement, 401(k) retirement plan, direct deposit/free checking, and unlimited free CE credits are offered. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
