Job Summary:

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a contract employee in an outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist with Centra Healthcare Allied, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper physical therapy techniques and exercises.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
