Busser at Bourbon and Bones

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Busser to join our team at Bourbon and Bones Lounge, part of Square One Concepts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting the servers to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.

• Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the dining area is clean and presentable for the next guests.
• Assist the waitstaff with bringing food and beverages to tables, as well as refilling water glasses and other beverages.
• Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure they have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide excellent service to our guests.
• Assist with cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping the floors, taking out the trash, and restocking supplies.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling and disposal of dishes and utensils, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all aspects of the dining experience are exceptional for our guests.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols in a restaurant environment.
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems – Aloha, Hot schedule, and Paylocity.

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
