About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading our tax team and ensuring the smooth flow of tax returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate work and supervise senior tax accountants and tax staff
  • Act as director-in-charge for personal and business clients
  • Approve all returns with the exception of those dealing with specialized issues
  • Act as a resource for tax staff and senior tax accountants
  • Prepare projections and become involved in planning for complex clients
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Tax Manager
  • 4 or more years of full-time experience in accounting or tax return preparation
  • CPA certification
  • Experience in Construction, Medical, or Real Estate (other industries considered)
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: $145,000 - $165,000 (DOE)
