- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a passion for products in our store and be able to clearly explain their features and benefits.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Adaptability: Be able to adapt to a changing work environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or 1-3 months of sales experience.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Scheels offers a competitive compensation package, including a minimum starting hourly rate of $19.00, plus sales commission. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
