Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, identifying potential complications and taking proactive measures to prevent them.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
