  • Transfer calls to appropriate team members as needed, providing all relevant information and a brief summary of the issue.
  • Closing calls by summarizing all action taken and confirming any follow-up needed for resolution.
  • Respond to incoming emails and transfer to appropriate team members as necessary within 48 hours.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years' related experience required.
  • Or equivalent education and experience.
