Bridgeway Recovery Services Inc is seeking a qualified Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide client-centered care utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed services.
- Conduct assessment interviews using the ASAM and DSM-5.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified treatment and recovery goals.
- Facilitate evidenced-based groups and conduct individual counseling sessions.
- Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university.
- At least one to three years of drug & alcohol addiction counseling experience.
- CADC I or higher certification, or in candidacy status with the ability to obtain a CADC certification with MHACBO within 6 months.
