Cannabis Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Jushi USA. As a key member of our medical cannabis team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and guidance to our customers.

• Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional service, dedication, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, employees, and management.
• Mentor and Develop: Provide ongoing training and guidance to store staff on compliance, products, and company best practices.
• Adhere to Company Culture: Promote a culture of positivity, professionalism, and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Consult and Follow-up: Conduct consultations and follow-ups to ensure patients and caregivers receive accurate and helpful information in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Execute Company Programs: Follow policies and procedures, executing all company programs for customer service, patient and visitor management, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines.
• Guide Patients and Employees: Provide guidance on cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Identify and Develop Process Improvements: Identify and develop process improvements to support company growth.
• Handle Concerns and Complaints: Effectively and diplomatically handle employee or customer concerns and complaints, interfacing with the Store Manager and the Regional Manager.
• Report Issues: Report any issues or complaints relating to the product to the Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager, and the Director of Operations in real-time.
• Onboard and Train: Assist with onboarding and training of new Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
