Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food products, including hot and cold items, to meet the needs of our members.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhere to food safety standards, and ensure that all food products are fresh and of high quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to member inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.
- Food Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, team members, and management.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
