Community Rehabilitation Hospital North is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nutrition care to patients recovering from various medical conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments on all patients to develop personalized nutrition plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, including assessments, care plans, and education.
  • Provide training and education to staff on therapeutic diets, menu management, and food allergens.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in dietetics or a related field.
  • Registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • State licensure/certification, if required.
  • Previous experience in acute care settings, preferred.
