Job Description: LPN Medication Specialist

We are seeking an experienced LPN Medication Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As an LPN Medication Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, administering medication in a safe and organized manner, and maintaining accurate records.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)

Responsibilities

The LPN Medication Specialist is a critical role within our community, responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with their prescribed treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration, including resident medication profiles and treatment plans.
  • Conduct routine checks on residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LPN license in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
